The launch of this fantastic model last year certainly has not gone unnoticed. The Dufour 560 Grand Large has just been awarded the cruising boat of the year 2015 by Cruising World, we are delighted with the award as this was the exciting launch of something new here with Dufour Yacht and the step up into the larger boat market. The Dufour 560 Grand Large was the flagship launch for Dufour as a celebration of the 50th anniversary of Dufour Yachts, and what better way to be rewarded than picking up this prestigious award.

A Winning Start for the Dufour 310 Grand Large

The Dufour 310 Grand Large has has a great couple of weeks. First off, this model was nominated for European Yacht of the Year 2015 and now she has won Italian boat of the year 2014. This was achieved in the best sailboat class.

This is a huge accolade as she was up against some strong competition. To have come out on top, ahead of the Beneteau Oceanis 35 and the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349, it shows that Dufour and Umberto Felci are getting something right!

In this the 50th anniversary year of the Dufour brand we appreciate every nomination and award win.

We hope to improve on this going into 2015, as we have two very exciting models launched t, the Dufour 350 Grand Large and the Dufour 382 Grand Large. Both models promise to be a huge hit.

Dufour 310 Grand Large Nomination – She is in the Running for Yacht of The Year 2015!

The Dufour 310 Grand Large has been nominated for the European Yacht of the year 2015. This model is gong to be a huge success and with over 100 boats already, we are extremely proud of this model and it will deserve the recognition of this award. The winner will be announced at the Dusseldorf Boat Show in January 2015.

We Are Celebrating our 50th Year Anniversary Here at Dufour Yachts

What a special year for everybody here at Dufour Yachts! This year we celebrate our 50th Year Anniversary here at Dufour Yachts.

Michael Dufour was the genius behind the brand and it is 50 years this year that this historic brand has continued to design and build our special yachts.

What better way to celebrate this tremendous achievement than to launch two new models. We introduced the Dufour 310 Grand Large at the Paris Boat Show, which had rave reviews and looks set to fill a void in the market for a compact 30 foot yacht.

The Dufour 310 Grand Large has a modern design fitting lots into this yacht, in fact she feels more like 34 feet. If you are interested in this model Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth will be taking delivery of this yacht in May. So keep posted as we will be premiering the boat here in the Southwest!

The other celebratory model which will be our flagship, is the Dufour 560 Grand Large.
After the success of the 500 Grand Large and this being our 50th Anniversary Year, what better way to celebrate than to go big. This will be the largest yacht in the Dufour Range looks set to impress.

Despite The Weather Lots of Visitors For The Dufour Yachts Open Weekend in Hamble!

Well considering all this horrendous weather the Dufour Yachts open weekend was a huge success! There were lots of visitors and huge interest.
With almost all of the yachts in the range available to view we have had great feedback from customers who would potentially like to join the Dufour family and own a new yacht ready for the spring 2014!

Unfortunately the Dufour 310 Grand Large was not on show during the Dufour Yachts Open Weekend this time around, but Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth are looking forward to unveiling this new model here in Plymouth in May. So watch this space for more updates nearer the time when we will be opening the doors for customers to come and view the newest model available.
